Considering the cost, we expected a bigger and more confortable room. Sometimes it was difficult to move around. Even the bathroom was difficult to use. Very serious I could not pay with Amexco card, whose number I gave as guarantee to Expedia when we made rsvn. Better you advise them you don't accept it, to avoid problems with other cliente in future.

Urlaub mit unserer 85 jährigen Mutter: alles in allem ein schönes, persönliches und sauberes Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamen, freundlichen Personal und gutem, reichhaltigen Frühstück…der Fahrstuhl war ein bisschen eng (max. 2 Personen), aber Preis/Leistung vollkommen in Ordnung. Kommen gerne wieder….vielen Dank Hotel Minerve👍🏼

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum, blisko dwie stacje metra, 5-7 minut piechotą do wyspy Cite i katedry Notre Dame. Pokój dwuosobowy od podwórka był bardzo mały ale cichy. Obsługa w recepcji miła i pomocna. Jest możliwość przechowania bagaży w przypadku wcześniejszego przybycia oraz wykupienia śniadań.

En general muy buena excepto el recepcionista que no sabía que habíamos pagado la estancia, desayuno y tasas el primer dia y nos quería cobrar las tasas y el desayuno el último día. Malentendido? Quiero pensar que si. Por lo demás todo muy bien

It was a fantastic location right off of 2 different metro stops and a safe walking area! Would definitely recommend if you are using it for ease and comfort while exploring Paris! The elevator was very slow

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bis auf den Nachtportier.
In unserem „Executive Zimmer“ gab es nur eine Stange, um die Sachen aufzuhängen, aber rein garnichts um die Wäsche abzulegen oder Haken, um etwas aufzuhängen. Z. B. Handtücher. Keinen Nachttisch, nur ein Brett. Die Dusche war sehr designiert, aber unpraktisch. Da es nur eine halbe Glastrennwand gab, spritzte das Wasser in die Toilette.
Alles war klein, aber leider nicht fein! Schade!

Sjarmerende hotell i rolig område med gåavstand til sentrum. Restauranter og dagligvare like ved. Døgnåpen resepsjon med svært hjelpsomme og hyggelige ansatte. Rommet mitt var lite, men reint og fint og vendte mot rolig bakgård. Jeg drar gjerne tilbake hit. Anbefales! 🤩

We thought the room was ideal for our needs. We enjoyed a good breakfast each morning before going out. The staff on the front desk were very helpful. We chose the hotel because it looked stylish and was close to the areas we wanted to visit.
